Wow! The green beans were out of this world - the best I’ve ever had! Don’t miss them, would rate a must order - so much flavor and delicious chunks of garlic, onion and dried chili! We also got the dumplings in chili oil which was also amazing and worth trying - not too spicy but loads of flavor!

Really great experience ordering from this stall, largely due to the generosity of the stall owners (think they are a couple) and how friendly they are.Visited during weekday lunch hours where there is a queue (always a queue for cheap and good food indeed). Despite this, the stall owners were patient in answering my simple question in whether there was brown rice available (there isn't unfortunately). Most stall owners would just go about their routine (be it preparing something or moving something etc) even if you talk to them, but the stall owners here would look you in the face and respond to you.Food portions given are generous in my opinion. When I had to leave mid-way before finishing my meal, the stall owner helped to dabao my food and insisted that I did not have to pay the 30 cents charge for the takeaway container (which would ordinarily be imposed for those who are taking away).

New stall in Maxwell. Food price is reasonable and food quality is good. Portion is adequate as well. Their sweet and sour pork is flavorful.

One of the few places open on Lunar New Year eve, the owners are very hardworking but still served us with a smile. They cook very hearty and warm Chinese food with a reasonable and cheap price.
